Akane Ito announced her graduation today (May 9) along with Miki Hioki at the stage performance.
Both members had signed up for the election and had submitted appeal tapes, which have now been removed from YouTube by management.
Akane, in her remarks, stated that upon entering high school in April, she has had a difficult time keeping up with school and her duties as a member.
Unfortunately, her graduation is immediate, so there is no chance to see her take part in any further events. However, she stated that she was very grateful for the many experiences she had in the short time that she was a member, including concerts at Gaishi Hall and at Budokan. She thanked the fans, staff and team, and asked that everyone please to support her new goals (good school work).
