Voting System
The voting system will happen during the interval of each theater show. After the 1st half, with all the members performing, 16 are chosen after the voting to participate in the 2nd half, with the positions and lines of the play decided by the number of votes. It is done via mobile phone by those attending the show (a card/QR code is given to them at the beginning).

So, after snooping around 2ch, I ran into this speculation:All the 1st gen member whom have stage name reverted to their original upon entering Nogizaka with the exception of Eto Misa (as she already have made a name for herself to a degree, hence was allowed to kept her stage name.) Considering this, Sudo was most likely a stage name, & Watanabe her original name.
(Comparing the DOB, given name, and face)It appears that Watanabe Miria's is a former child model under the name:
