A 10-year-old girl who drove off with her guardian's sport utility vehicle with a toddler and a 5-year-old on board crashed the vehicle into several cars, authorities said. (http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=1986699)

Wheres the parents of the girl when you need them? this is common case since i watch world most amazing police chase car something like that,or cops maybe.

not really surprised about the "crashed the vehicle into several cars" part. but isnt it a bit extreme to charge her with those charges? she probably thought it was a game or watched too many disney adventure films or something..
