Title: Searching for old, small (probably Indie) PC game
Post by: Overmars on January 22, 2014, 10:18:50 AM
It's mecha (robot) fighting game.
The game is so small around 20-30 megabytes.
I remember played it in around 2003-2008.

There are 6-8 (not sure) mechas to choose.
The first one is blue and his ultimate move is beam saber combo.
The second one is red and his ultimate move is flaming kick combo.
The stage before the last boss, you'll be ganged by these two.
Can't remember the other mechas well, but I remember there is mecha that look like dog (He stand on four legs).

Can anyone answer this ?
I thank you for your kind and effort.

Thanks, but it's not the one I'm searching.
The one I search is PC game. (not consoles or emulators)

Ah, well I'm stumped. Maybe someone could help you over in this thread at the Escapist forum: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.166417-Old-Games-you-remember-playing-but-cant-remember-the-name-of (http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.166417-Old-Games-you-remember-playing-but-cant-remember-the-name-of)

If you find out, let us know! I'm so curious now. XD

Most of the mech fighting games that came to mind (Cyberbots, Virtual On, Techromancer) were console/emulator

Based on your descriptions, I asked a friend if he knew about it and he gave me this:

Ningyou Tsukai 2 [Metal and Lace 2/人形使い2] Game Sample - PC (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tAb3EHFYz4#ws)

This might not be the game your looking for but discovering that games such as this existed is cool.

This game is far cuter than the one I search. (There's no pretty girl in my game only the robots.)

Anyway, thank you.
