A would-be Japanese bank robber asked staff how he should carry out the crime before meekly obeying a request to leave and then accidentally stabbing himself in the leg with a knife he was carrying. (http://www.ibnlive.com/news/bank-robber-asks-staff-how-to-do-it/12019-13.html)

Talk about trying to be dumb and funny at the same time.

This is actually very common in Japan.
You see, he probably didn't really want to rob the bank as such, but wanted to be arrested due to most likey being homeless and hungry.
I often see stories of homeless men holding up convenience stores, then they just sit down outside and wait for the police to come and take them away.
Remember reading last year, how a homeless guy went to do that, and actual killed a 24year old female shop assistant, just to be arrested.

In this modern day we're in you'll never succeed in robbing a bank with a knife.
-
thats funny, but you cant blame him for trying, where else is he going to get the info, i havent seen a 'bank robbing for dummies' book....

After I stopped laughing I kind of feel sorry for this guy... I mean nothing it going right for him... No money, doesn't know what he is doing. Then he fails to rob the bank then to top it all of he stabs himself in the leg... Come on that is the definition of a bad day!
