Because karaoke is Vietnam's biggest problem. Yeah, right. I'm glad to see governments around the world do mostly useless things. :lol:

Wow, I thought Indonesian Rupiah is the worst. (1 USD = Rp 9350) (1USD = 15000 VND)

um...PROSTITUTION, maybe.  The guys punished for not doing karaoke was funnier.

What's the point going to karaoke if you can't drink there? :D At least I can't stand my friends' singing without having a drink :D
