Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai (僕たちは戦わない) released on 2015/05/20...
Surprised there wasn't a thread already... I know a full radio rip (or concert rip or something) was floating around a while back...
Anyway, I wanted to post this PV trailer because it GOES ALL STAR WARS on us....

Dance-intensive PV in general with SFX
It looks cool but it seems better as a movie version rather than as cut scene PV
I'm not a big fan of the song but I'll set judgment more with the c/w than this song alone :nervous

My thoughts:
I still don't like the song - I don't like the white scenes or the face Paru pulls. But the light sabre fight scenes are awesome. However, I guess it does just make this feel like a music video for a theme song of an action movie where they insert random scenes from the film into it...

Paruru really good in action scene. They should make a real action movie, perhaps real persons AKB0048. That will be awesome.
On the tumbler, there gifs sets created from that PV clip for individual members: paruru, yuria, kato rena and (I forgot the rest). More awesome if you look at them in slowmo and repeated. If anyone interested I could backtrack them and post them here.

I can't grasp the events happening on 48 group.
It seems like each one of my the members that I like keeps on graduating.
With Yamada Nana on NMB, now, Kawaei. And by the end of the year Takamina.
I hope for a bright future for them.

It won't officially be on YouTube for a while. Despite the cool action, the story makes no sense at first glance. They're models that become resistance fighters after they are attacked?
Paruru needs to stop punching the guy in the helmet. Those protect the head so it's not really hurting them as much as it's damaging her hand.

AKB48's latest single sells over 1.47 million copies on the first day
May 21, 2015
AKB48's 40th single "Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai" (released on May 20) sold 1,472,000 copies on the first day!
The first day sales for this single exceeded their own record of 1,462,000 copies which they achieved last year with "Labrador Retriever."
This is the 9th single for the group to sell over a million copies on the release day, and the 2nd single for Shimazaki Haruka to surpass the million mark as the center.
"Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai" includes a serial number to vote for the group's upcoming general election. The vote counting event will be held at Fukuoka Yafuoku! Dome on June 6.

Great story line that makes the song itself that much more interesting....
After watching the first two episodes of Majisuka 5, I wish that superior fight choreography
was the main theme of the show, rather than the introduction of firearms.
