I dunno why, but I can't find that much fanfic about these two. I mean—they're adorable! e W e
Anyway, Majisuka Gakuen 2 Fanfic. Thanks for reading— Feel free to comment on what you feel about this. And as usual, tips for improvement is widely accepted. :3
It was the dead of night.
Dance was alone, prancing along an abandoned road towards her house with her head bobbing from side to side in response to the techno music that was blasting in her headphones. The sound of footsteps on the empty road increased, yet, she didn't notice.
Next thing she knew, she was surrounded by a bunch of rowdy-looking girls who wore uniforms different from hers. Yankees from another school.
"My, my... What's a Yabakune student doing here in our territory?" said one of the girls, followed by smug laughter. Dance looked at the one who spoke with a confused expression, "What?" she asked. She took her headphones off and turned off the iPod in her pocket.
"Are you messing with us?" the yankee spoke again. Dance shook her head nervously.
The group of girls circled around her. "We believe you are, girl. Where's your leader? Shibuya, was it?"
Dance shrugged. "I... I don't know who you're talking about."
"Don't play stupid with us! You're her friend, aren't you? Where is she?!"
"I-I'm not her friend!" she shouted, "...Even if I wanted to..." The volume of the last sentence trailed off into nothingness.
"Whatever. Friend or not, you're still one of her underlings. Now, I'm asking you this for the last time. Where is she?!" the angry leader of the group asked loudly.
Dance remained silent.
The leader snapped her fingers.
In a flash, they all closed in on her, hitting her in several places while she screamed and wailed in pain on the cemented floor, unable to lift a muscle to fight back.
"This'll teach you Yabakune pricks for messing with us!" One of them laughed heartlessly.
Dance cried, completely helpless as the pain in her body increased with wave after wave of punches and kicks until she eventually fell unconscious.
☆☆☆
Dance woke up on a bed to a sharp pain on her knee. She sat up out of reflex and reached for the place where she felt it.
A grunt.
It was Shibuya.
"Wh-What are you—Ow!" her sentence was interrupted by a wince of pain as Shibuya dabbed a cotton ball damped with disinfectant on her scraped knee.
"Shut up and don't move," she glared at Dance, readying her fist to hit her if necessary.
Dance nodded silently and watched Shibuya treat her wounds with great focus.
"Um... This isn't really... Necessary," she mumbled.
Shibuya placed a band-aid on the wound and looked back at Dance.
"What the hell did you think you were doing?" she asked, "If I hadn't found you any time sooner, you would have been a goner."
"I... I didn't know they were there...." Dance said, her voice trailing away with fear.
Shibuya sighed, "Be careful next time, you idiot."
Dance nodded.
"How did you find me...?"
☆☆☆
Shibuya watched behind a wall as the distant Dance pranced along without a care in the world. She had been following the girl for who knows how long and why she was doing so.
She slid against the wall to the floor, thinking.
The words she had been told that day resounded in her mind.
"I don't understand you that much, but I want to be with you!"
A scream.
Shibuya jumped to her feet and looked back to where she last saw Dance.
Her eyes widened when she saw her faithful servant be beaten up mercilessly.
"What do you bastards think you're doing?!" she shouted.
The group turned their attention from Dance to Shibuya. One of them kicked Dance's now-unconscious body, which rolled a bit further from where they stood.
"Just who we were looking for," the leader laughed, "Come to pick up your piece of trash?"
Shibuya dashed towards her with her fist at the ready and knocked her out with one strong punch in the face. She toppled backwards and onto the floor with a cold, dull thud. The remaining girls took a step forward and looked at Shibuya with a menacing glare.
"What the hell did you do?"
'BAM!' Another unconscious body fell to the floor.
One by one the group of yankees fell, with Shibuya only suffering minor bruises and hits. As expected of an ex-member of The Four Heavenly Queens.
When she was done with her business, she rushed over to Dance's side.
"You idiot..."
She placed an arm under Dance's legs, another to support her back, and tried to lift her with all her might.
She couldn't.
"Why are you so damn heavy?" she groaned.
With no other choice, she sighed.
She walked over to where Dance's feet were facing and turned around so that her back was facing her.
She crouched, pulled on Dance's forearms and wrapped them around her neck.
With another heave, she stood up, toppling a little bit side wards with the weight on her back.
When she felt comfortable with carrying Dance on her back, she walked to the direction of her, Dance's, house.

"Thanks for saving me," Dance smiled, feeling full of herself once again, "But you know, I could have beaten them if you didn't interfere."
Shibuya rolled her eyes. "You could have died."
Dance pursed her lips for a while, but then smiled again. "But I didn't. Thanks to you, right?"
Shibuya didn't answer and walked to the exit of Dance's bedroom.
"Take care of yourself, Kumi," she said before leaving.

Shibuya sat alone once more on her throne in Yabakune's school building. Dance was, for the first time in a while, absent. She had to stay at home and recover.
She wanted to be alone with her thoughts and so, the other Yabakune students decided to move out of her way.
For being by her side even though she abuses her and does things for her no matter how absurd, Shibuya couldn't help but ponder on how she can express gratitude to that servant of hers.
After much thought, she decided that she'll just do a favor for Dance after she recovers.
☆☆☆
She walked alone to Dance's house to pay a visit, and to ask for whatever she wanted.
When she got there, Dance was feeling better than she did the night before.
"Kumi," she said, eyes scanning Dance's heavily bandaged body.
The called girl slightly tilted her head.
"Do you want me to do anything for you in return for your service to me?" Shibuya asked.
Dance shook her head. "Nope."
She glared at her. "I know you want something to be done, so just say it already."
"Nothing, really." she smiled.
"Just say what you want so we can get this over with!" she said, frustration building up inside her.
"I'm fine with just being able to stand beside you."
"Why are you like this?!" Shibuya shouted, "Even though I can't be understood, why do you still want to remain by my side? Even though I treat you like a dog and kick you around like garbage, how do you still manage to stand by my me?"
Dance went silent, and after a few seconds, she smiled.
"I remain by your side because I want to understand you, and being treated like a dog and kicked around like trash seems to be the only way to be able to understand you fully."
Speechless. Shibuya was speechless.
"I don't care about how you treat me, be it as trash, as your servant, or as your friend, as long as it means that I can always stand by your side."
"Why are you this kind to me...?" Shibuya asked.
"You're just special to me," Dance replied with a grin.

Two days passed, and Dance was well enough to return to school.
Shibuya sat on her throne in Yabakune once more, with Dance beside her.
She looked at the girl, whose eyes were closed. She was humming the tune of the song she was listening to with her headphones on.
With the answer she received from a few days back, she had came up with the perfect thing to do for her servant.
"Kumi," she called.
Upon hearing her name, Dance removed her headphones and turned to her.
Shibuya stood up.
She pointed to her throne.
"Sit."
"What? But why—"
"Just do it."
Dance nervously approached the seat and sat on it.
Shibuya then sat on Dance's lap.
"Wh-What are you—"
"Complain, and I'll kill you," Shibuya said menacingly.
They stayed like that for a few moments until Shibuya decided to make a move.
She took Dance's arms and wrapped them around her waist.
For some reason, Dance was quite comfortable with this and nuzzled Shibuya's back absentmindedly as she tightened her arms around her, without a single complaint from the other girl.
"By the way, Kumi..."
"Mm?"
"...The next time you walk home without me, I won't forgive you that easily."
Dance nodded against Shibuya's back.

As promised, and to avoid the incident from last time, that day, they walked side-by-side to the direction of Dance's house.
Their proximity was close, and Shibuya felt warmth snake along her hand. When she looked down, she found Dance's hand in hers.
Her eyes locked onto the girl who was a few centimeters taller than her.
She was looking forward with a smile on her face, her headphones playing soothingly in her ears.
She sighed and slightly squeezed the hand, eventually earning a squeeze back from the other girl.

"So those two finally became honest with each other, hm?" said Black as she gazed at them from afar. Gekikara, who was with her, giggled manically and wrapped her arms around Black.
"Hey, Yuki... I'm hungry."
Black gave Gekikara a painful pinch on the cheek.
"You're going to study and babysit my son."
Gekikara's smile disappeared from her face and walked silently beside Black towards the home they shared.
"...Spicy ramen for dinner, then," Black sighed guiltily.
