Title: Florida Man Busted For Puppy Assault

JUNE 21--The adorable mixed-breed puppy pictured below looks pretty good considering what the poor animal's just been through. According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, a witness Monday observed a man "lying on his back" with a white dog on top of him in a wooded area in Stuart, Florida.
