Fuck they're calling THAT groping? All he did was "massage" her shoulders for about 3 seconds then he walks away.  That's not groping. If you wanna see groping, just watch Miki. :lol:

lol  It looks like playful weirdness, but she didn't seemed amused at all by it XD  It is quite annoying when one is concentrated in something and someone else comes and does that lol

between friends hanging out, sure, no problem. but even if you're working in an office that's a bit inappropriate unless you're really close with the person or something. i suspect it's even more inappropriate and rude if done at a world summit to a highly respectable person, male or female..

I think Merkel and Bush know each other well enough... He was visiting Germany just before the summit in Moscow.
