Funny how I was complainging about being an alternate for JET, but today I just got upgraded and I'm on the program!!! Leaving for Japan on July 23rd, just to happy... Sorry to start my own topic on it but I can't express how much of a burden has been taken off my back...

Any other JET's here?

It is encouraged!! Pure Racer's praise thread! WOOT! Be sure to keep representing JPM-XXX from Japan! Like go up to TV Tokyo with a big banner or something.

The only JET's I know of is Kenny Smith and Jason Terry.  :P

I've spoken to a JET or two.  They loved the experience, but one of them pointed me to this site (http://www.angelfire.com/comics/esid/), which I think puts a fun spin on the JET lifestyle.

Do you know where you'll be yet?

No placement yet, but I do plan on getting you guys the RAW TV stuff from JApan :)  Looks like I'll be your guys sources for Utaban later, haha.

Congrats dude!!!  I must admit while I'm happy for your good fortune internally I'm seething with jealous rage that you're going to Japan (where you have at least a chance at seeing some of the H!P girls SOMEWHERE) and I'm still stuck here.   :lol:  :lol:  :lol:
