Title: Foreign cartoons banned from prime time
Post by: Foxy Brown on August 14, 2006, 07:15:45 PM
Cartoon crazy youngsters will only be able to catch foreign animations if they stay up late in the future.

Thanks to a new notice from the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT), no TV stations will be allowed to broadcast foreign cartoons before 8 pm, starting from September 1. (http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2006-08/14/content_663889.htm)

The state is allowed to do that? Crazy! Sounds like Germany 60years ago or GDR.

Here Simpsons are running rom 6 to 7p.m. :)
Bad, the german voice of Marge died in summer, hope, they get a good follower for her.
