Title: [Discuss] What if Maki has to do a kissing scene...
Post by: makistar on August 21, 2006, 06:57:56 PM: Looks like most wotas (fans) don't like their idols being "touched" on screen (off screen also :P ) ...what if Gocchin has to do kissing and bed scenes with a male actor?

Well, I think on a perfessional level Maki should try out all different roles to advance but only if the kissing/bed scenes are necessary to the story line.

I'd probably like it actually, it would broaden her acting skills, and it would be nice for at least someone in H!P to get a little something as they all seem/pretend to be asexual lesbians.

Or a movie that was just made for the sake of pervs just wanting to see her do a bed scene.

Maki is already a terrific actress, and I can definitely see her moving onto acting if she ever decides to fade away from singing (which I hope is a path she doesn't choose, to be honest). A scene like this would help her broaden her acting skills and really show how much she's maturing.

I think if this was the right logical step for Gocchin to take on her career path then I fully support her. She seems to be very aware of her status and image and I do not think that she would do anything in a movie that would cause her to lose favor with her fans.

As an entertainer/artist a kissing scene is often part of the "job" and does not have any significance in the "real" world. How could seeing her "act" in a romantic scene kissing another actor possibly upset anyone...it's beyond my comprehension.

We need to support her as true fans! :heart:
Someday she will fall in love and there will be many broken hearted fans...but she deserves to explore all aspects of her career and what life has to offer and we have to accept that...and in the end thank her for the happiness she has brought to our lives.

hahaha i can't think about so much in the future, yes im a true fan but now i think it thru i cant handle the pressure, i will def commit suicide or simply hurt myself if she falls in luv, yes i know i sound selfish, but i had been hurt once in luv, if i get hurt again, i will def find everything black n white in my world...but this is just currently, i wont know about the future.

anyway that was unrelated to the topic, so back to the topic, i still will say no to a kiss scene. hahaha jealousy~

First of all, Maki married while in H!P? It'll never happen in a million years :lol: If she were to be married in the future, she'll be done with H!P by then. You know how fans (the male ones) react when they find out H!P girls are just dating guys (see: Mari), what more if they're married? They'll probably start a violent rally, haha.

If you mean marrying in a drama or movie role, then fine by me ~ I'd like to see Maki in a wedding dress!

Not only wotas = fans. No-wota fans are also fans lol I have always said that a true fan should accept whatever coming from their idolized celebritie. Yeah, in "Yubi" it was shot in a way that we would know that Maki's character was sleeping around without having to actually see anything really graphic.
