A WOMAN has suffered severe burning to her anus after being struck by lightning which hit her in the mouth and passed right through her body. (http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story/0,20867,20548077-29677,00.html)

i understand that if you want to avoid serious injury from lightning, don't wear shoes, but if you want to avoid danger from electrical leak at the floor then wear shoes..

This story seams so far out there! If I didn't know it was true I would think for sure that it was made up! I think I need to go out and buy some rubber bathroom shoes for the next time lighting hits my building...

ehhh having a burn there must really hurt, cant imagine that they have to change the dressing there for the burn
