I don't get how this is related... :confused:
The article is pretty short so maybe they left something out.
Or maybe Nakagawa has a sickness of his own that causes him to make strange comments.... :rolleyes:

Maybe Kim Jong Il watched too many cute Japanese girls on the internet, which is bound to up anyone's blood-sugar, and he blames all of Japan for it. XD
