Prosecution of a case involving alleged sexual contact with a dead deer may hinge on the legal definition of the word "animal.'' (http://www.startribune.com/462/story/813803.html)

Interesting, especially this IMO:

Interpreting the statute to exclude dead animals would also exclude freshly killed animals, Boughner said. That, he said, could lead to people who commit such acts with animals to kill them.

It would also be interesting to see how they define at what moment an animal becomes a carcass, and no longer an animal, or when it becomes "food"... I mean, it can't for instance be illegal to have sex with a sausage can it? Or a big fat juicy steak with a hole pierced through it? ...mmm steak... *drools*
