The creator of China's largest pornographic website was sentenced to life imprisonment on Wednesday.

Judges at the Taiyuan Intermediate People's Court handed down the sentence to Chen Hui and ordered the confiscation of 100,000 yuan (12,500 U.S. dollars). (http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2006-11/22/content_740360.htm)

Aw, that's weaksauce.  I wonder what's happening with all the claimed goods - I wouldn't imagine they're going to be "giving it back to the community" or something nice like that.

I think they do anyway, the Chinese site I go to is full of JAV and barely any Chinese stuff, lol.
