I think we should have a spot for random Ayu videos or media (Like clips from performances, CMs, interviews and cute stuff in general :D)

Can someone please convert these for me to a normal avi (a similar filesize to the original should be ok). They're H264 and it's evil! I've tried loads of things and nothing works. H264 is supposed to be .mov (I can play that) but this is avi and I tried renaming to mov but it doesn't work.

Is the problem that you can't view them? Then you could consider using VLC player. I think H.264 is a great video codec and if it is coded once again you will lose some of video quality.
