Well, from what little information that article gave, unless there's some way to actually monitor the men who register on the site, this is will be really easy to circumvent. The workers just have to lie about it.

i doudt that it will work... also reading the article tells you that if a million work in the sex industry there then must be several times that in the us and other coutrys perhaps just a guess not really based on any thing.
