A fan who was smacked by comedian Gallagher during a performance has filed a lawsuit, claiming he was severely injured (http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/living/12127280.htm)

You mean...people actually go to see Gallagher?? :D

Who's Gallagher? I only know Chapelle. Sometimes stand-up comedians go overboard and do something stupid.
