We've seen the image of "Jesus" on toast. Even the "Virgin Mary" on a tree.
But folks in the small West Texas town of Morton say they've seen the "Holy Mother" made of ice inside a freezer at the local grocery store. (http://wcbstv.com/topstories/topstories_story_012222605.html)

Man, this stuff is gettin' ridiculous. I guess people will believe what they want to believe and they'll see what they want to see. But now, some of these "sightings" are getting a little out of hand. I saw a news story about some Ohio woman(I think) who saw Jesus in her cupboard door. It was just two differently sized circles for eyes and a long "U" shape for the beard. It would be okay if these things actually looked like what people claim they do(Some do), but this one just seemed she was looking for something that was even close to looking like Jesus.

the ice does resemble a well known statue of Mary, just very less detailed.

By detail you mean... everything. Ridiculous.

At my old work, we had a lady come in for a week trial and she said she wanted the job (dishwasher) because she was washing the dishes at home and she saw Jesus in the window and he told her to become a dishwasher.
Naturally, after the week trial, she didn't get the job.
