Has anyoen played this game... I want to get it, but can you play it on the US PS?

I know a few people from another forum that I go to who have downloaded the ISO of the game (it's not officially available outside of Japan). They were only able to play it if they had modded PS2s.

One thing about modded ps2s tho is that the older bulkier versions may not play recent jap releases probably it's due to the older chip ver.
