A 35-year-old man from the western Dutch town of Hellevoetsluis convinced local authorities to issue him an identity card with a picture that shows him as The Joker, Dutch news agency ANP reported on Thursday. (http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070126/od_nm/dutch_joker_dc_1)

He's setting a good example for the Dutch people. Soon, super-powered individuals from all over the world, whether good or evil, will be registering, just like the American colleagues. And if they don't, the Marvel Civil War will just have to spill over into Europe! XD

Let's just hope for the guy that he never gets in trouble with the police... :P
Too bad there's no picture of it - Maybe it's not as authentic as we think...

BTW, his card was taken in by the airport police on his return from London.
He was not made up like the Joker, and no he was not arrested.
