A 62-year-old man is suspected of stringing wires at neck level across a popular bike path, as well as scattering nails, broken glass and rocks across the trail in a series of traps set because he wanted to protect the environment, police said. This guy is bonkers. Protecting the environment im surpridrf hr didnt booby track cars too... for the environment

Wow this guy is nuts. But there are a lot of MTBers that ruin it for everybody else. I used to be a mountain biker, but the trails around where I live is about a 15-30 minute drive. When gas prices spiked up, I thought it made little sense to drive somewhere to go biking. lol But it was real fun though. Now I just ride roadbikes. :panda_shifty:

Sounds like a sick twisted old man, probably has kids riding up and down "his" footpath and it annoys him. Generally when people get to a certain age they start hating everything, especially the younger people lol!
