hurm.. this news r old.. here in malaysia.. even they tried to steal high voltage cable (TNB).. everything that can be cut, pull sure gone one lor.. this include dustbin, drain cover, fence(this quite a lot), signboard..

damn, they only think about money.. nvr think what the consequences..
