NEW YORK Feb 23, 2007 (AP)— A dozen rats were caught on video scurrying around the floor of a New York City KFC/Taco Bell restaurant early Friday....

This franchise have high quality standards.

What do you think about thousands of restaurants with no quality monitoring ?

This was in all the news channels a few weeks ago... really disgusting.  The rats were literally everywhere.  Seems that this place had a long history of sanitation problems, and there was some construction going on in the basement.  So the rats had to move upstairs to the "restaurant" proper.
