WELLINGTON, New Zealand — A grandmother was alarmed to find a condom in a happy meal gift pack bought for her 7-year-old granddaughter at a McDonald's (MCD) restaurant in New Zealand, local media reported Thursday.

It must have been an accident. But it is great to see condom everywhere, even McDonalds's employee is using it.

That's nothing, you wouldn't believe the amount of weird complaints my brother got when he worked at McDonalds: people would complain saying "there's no poo in my happy meal!"

Of course they were Winnie the Pooh themed toys at the time but that's beside the point.

It reminds me of the time my friend found a chicken brain in his KFC. For some reason he didn't complain and just decided to take pictures instead....
