Which version of the DVD are you getting from H!T? As of this post, the DVD rip version says it has 8 seeds and the DVD ISO says it has 16 seeds.

^ Chances are you're just not connecting to most of the seeds ATM. My advice would be to let your torrent go overnight (i.e. while you sleep) and during this time, set it to the highest seeding speed your comp can afford to go. The more you seed the file yourself, the better/faster your DL will proceed (usually).
