^ So that you can find out that the music folder was hidden without doing an unnecessary exchange, of course.

well tell you guys this

the manual is with the CD to install the program to convert the videos and pictures to the mp3 player
also the manual is available on the sandisk site or you can find it on bestbuy, it will show you a link to the manual. You can read it yourself and I'll tell you this beforehand, you won't be able to find out if the "Music Folder" was hidden or not.

But you can give it a try.

"RTFM" isn't supposed to be taken so literally.

Manufacturer's manuals are often skimpish and tell you little that you don't already know. The point of saying RTFM is to say that a lot of people assume too quickly that something is broken (when it's perfectly fine). They simply want someone else to fix it even though the answer is right there in front of them--they just need to dig a little deeper.

But in any case we're not holding you at fault, what's happened is already done, so whatever solution you can get is obviously the best.

well, if customers isn't satisfied with what they brought, they can return it or exchange for another one. Since the mp3 player should be convenient and easy drag and drop music file method, the music folder shouldn't be hidden at all. Also, the problems shouldn't occur also.

@frblckstr1

Agreed XD

Electronics should still be easy to use, but they're not going to operate themselves. You need to learn how to drive in order to make use of a car. You need to know how to cook in order to make use of an oven/range. (etc) :P
