Stuff like this makes me really disappointed in H!P management. It's like Risako's 1st PB all over again. Most of the time I'm proud to be a H!P fan, but I'd have a hard time justifying this to anyone.
It's a shame because it's also awkward for me to like Riho after this, like it was awkward to like Risako, because it would be like supporting the loli image that she's given & as a result, supporting the management's stupid decision that I disagree with. I'm quite fond of Risako now that she's older, but back in the day every time I saw her she reminded me of the reasons why people thought H!P was creepy and uncool, so I couldn't really judge her for who she truly was, but for what she represented. And now Riho is in danger of taking the role I was hoping would be dead in H!P. It's not just this PB, it's also her golden single outfit - like they're really trying to reveal her skin as much as possible, and I JUST DON'T GET IT. Are they really that desperate? Do they really NEED to do that? Is she not cute enough with her clothes on? Whose idea was this? I don't get it! HER BODY IS A CHILD'S BODY. SHE'S A 13-Y-O GIRL WHO LOOKS 11. It's so much more upsetting because you KNOW what kind of audience this is targeted to; the one that likes 11-y-o looking bodies. It makes me uncomfortable that her body is being sold this way. This PB is not just your average cute Alo Hello bikini shot, the pic linked by JFC shows it if no other does.
