I'm still trying to understand the new generations and this fanfic is a tribute to the 2nd chapter of AKB48 =)
Chapter 1 –
Maeda Mitsuki was never a morning person as she snuggles in her bed, resisting the attempts by her mobile phone and the alarm clock to get her up from bed.
But in life, things don’t always go your way as the biggest nemesis against her sleeping habits, also known as the Mother, pulls the comfortable blanket from her.
“MAEDA MITSUKI! YOU BETTER WAKE UP NOW! OR ELSE…”

Mitsuki brushes her teeth sleepily while grumbling complains about her name.
“You shouldn’t had called me ‘Beautiful Moon’... How could you expect the moon to wake up in the morning? Grrr….”
Nevertheless, despite her whines, Mitsuki understands that waking up on time is the duty of a prim and proper lady.
And waking up on time does have it’s benefits like enjoying the awesome breakfast that her elder sister, Astuko is making and the free ride to school that Uncle “Cool” will be giving.
Therefore, waking up early in the morning isn’t that much of a bad idea after all.

After a customary goodbye kiss to the mom, she hops into the backseat of Uncle Cool’s car and buckles up in preparation for the ride to school.
Who’s Uncle Cool? Uncle Cool is a family friend that had knew her family ever since she was born. His real name was Minegishi Kuu, but since he was much older than her and always telling her cool stories about his travels and giving in her little wants and needs, the nickname Uncle Cool was born.
Now Uncle Cool is the CEO of several food franchises and her sister, Maeda Atsuko, is helping him as his Personal Assistant. Although Uncle Cool always calls her sister, his Waifu, her sister has always rejected this one-sided love, preferring to burry herself with work and more work, much to his chagrin.
“I guess Uncle Cool needs to be more serious before onee-chan will take his love much more seriously…” sighs Mitsuki internally as the complications of adult relationship worries her.
Love is scary isn’t it?

“Ohayou Gozaimasu!” greets her friends as she enters the classroom. It’s her 2nd year in High School now as she walks towards her seat by the window.
Her class, 2-B comprises of a mixture of interesting people like:
Oshima Ryo, the hyper active, always smiling bundle of energy that is the Class Monitor. The son of the Award Winning Actor Oshima Yuu and the acclaimed international model Kojima Haruna, Ryo-kun was the personification of charisma.
Watanabe Miyuki, the pretty but clueless best friend of hers. The daughter of the neighborhood clinic’s Doctor Watanabe Yuma and Nurse Kashiwagi Yuki, she has broken too many hearts unintentionally without her knowing it.
Yamamoto Saya, the musician in the class. A serious boy with the sharpest chin, Saya-kun was an orphan adopted by Mariko Mario, the class form teacher. Although his cool, aloof persona has gathered a fan club, only his closest friend know how lame and funny he is, except for Watanabe Miyuki, whom he is always having a cool or serious attitude.
Mitsuki smiles to herself at the thoughts of having another fun filled year with this few that she calls friends. The start of the new term will be much interesting.
As the peal of the bell break her train of happy thoughts, Mario-sensei enters the class, bringing a new student with him.
Deck in clothes, perhaps a size too big for him, the petite new comer sprouted a bob hairdo with slight bangs, together with big spectacles, making look like a mixture between a nerd and a clown.
The class starts to clamor at the sight of the new comer before the deathly stares of Mario Sensei quiets them down.
“Alright class! This new chap isn’t somebody you should laugh at! While you guys were struggling with Junior High, he managed to score so high in his IQ tests to warrant a skip in 2 grades. So stop your snickering and start your repenting and ask yourself why aren’t you working as hard as he!”
“Since he is new in town, I will need somebody to guide him. Maeda! You’re the nicest around. He will be your responsibility. Make sure he’s welcomed!” proclaims Mario-sensei as he points the new comer to sit next to Mitsuki.
As the newcomer slowly lumbers his way towards her, Mitsuki gathers her energy to give him her best smile to welcome him, only to receive a cold shoulder.

A smile that could melt any ice is now being brushed off by a rude and aloof grunt of “Ehm…” as the new comer dumps himself into his seat like a sack of potatoes, hugging his bag.
A vein threatens to burst on Mitsuki’s forehead, as she felt angered by such ungentlemanly behavior.
She tries to stare at the newcomer with a little frown, giving him a taste of the infamous Maeda Stare, used by her family to bring even the most rude of all to apologize to them but failed as she lets out a little gasp of her own.
The newcomer’s eyes had no soul in them. Dead and listless, it was as good as staring into the abyss.
A quick scan brought another gasp to her as she realized the name of this newcomer is none other than Takahashi Ju…
