Wow, it's been a month since I last updated. Well, I've been busy reading the other fanfics.
Sorry 'bout that.
Without further ado... and sorry about the mistakes I didn't check it. Too lazy! ngehehe
Gekikara wondered about it calmly trying not to embarrass herself again for how many times she has in front of the other queen. Her mind came flying somewhere, thinking what might be the outcome if she stayed here for the upcoming weeks. Will she fit in or maybe worst; will she control her feelings and her raging desires? All that she knew is Black was sure full of surprises and she needed to be preparing herself to confront anything that Black had in mind.
“I’m not forcing you stay if you don’t want.” Black tried to convince her who was still silent in her own world.
“You’re not busy? I don’t want to disturb you while I’m here.” She finally asked cautiously but she was still uncertain about giving her answer.
Black leaned back, “No, I’m not. Besides I won’t be going to work for a week. My manager said I needed some rest to relax myself after lately I’ve been stressing a lot behind the cash register.”
Black shook her head and rubbed her temple. Standing behind the counter all day doesn’t really suit her best. Not only that, dealing with different kinds of customers sometimes irritates her but all that she can do was to keep calm and restrain herself from giving them the death verdict.
“Your manager must be scared of you.”
“Maybe~” Black smiled as she began to clean up the plates on the table. She stood up and went to the kitchen. Gekikara’s eyes bore on her back, never leaving it until her figure disappeared to the kitchen. ‘Focus, Rena!’ She decided to help and pick up the remaining plates and went to the kitchen.
“Here-” Just as she wants to give the plates to Black, Black turned around and they were standing so close that only the plates on Gekikara’s hands blocking the space between them. They stared at each other holding their gazes firmly until Gekikara looked down at Black’s soft lips. She gulped and quickly licked her dry lips which Black noticed. They were only inches away from each other if she could- No, she couldn’t bring herself to do it. This was not the time…yet. She might freak out the other girl. How she wishes she could be the one having Black’s first kiss.
“Uh…Here.” Gekikara quickly back away and extended her arms, shifting her gaze to the other side avoiding the look on Black’s face with her cheeks tinted red.
“T-t-thanks.” Black turned to the sink as Gekikara leave the kitchen to the living room. Black placed her hand on her chest and she could feel heart was beating, beating for the other queen.
‘What is this feeling?’Gekikara searched the whole living room for her jacket trying to get her mind off from the incident earlier.
‘Must be in the bedroom.’ She slowly pushed the door and went inside quietly, trying not to make any loud noise. “There it is” She grabbed the jacket on the chair and put it one her. A sweet smell greeted her senses.
‘Black’s scent…’ She stopped from what she was doing when she heard a faint sound like a grunt and went to take a look at the crib.
Black’s son was awake rubbing his eyes with his tiny hands. When he opened his eyes, he looked at Gekikara intently, looking at a foreign face that he hadn’t seen before in his life. Gekikara thought the child was about to cry and she was froze on her spot. She was about to called Black but a sudden gesture from the child left her bewildered. The child held out his hands for Gekikara. Gekikara didn’t know what to do; she had never experienced anything about a little child before.
Hesitantly, she touched his tiny hand. The child grabbed her thumb and he wiggled it with an innocent smile on his face. Gekikara felt something unknown feeling stirring inside her. A feeling that was so unusual for her that she can’t even describe it herself. A small smile adorned her lips as she played with Black’s son. The child held out his hands again beckoning Gekikara to carry him. Gekikara gently slid her arms behind his back and carried him on her arms.
“Hey, little fellow. You’re not afraid of me, aren’t you?” The child gave a slight shake of his head as if he knew what she had said to him. Gekikara chuckled half heartedly as the child grabbed the bridge of her nose pinching it. “You’re one of a kind, huh?”
An innocent child was held by a notorious demon.
A demon when she was in her fighting stance.
A loving demon in the real heart.
“Geki, are you in- oh, he’s awake.” said Black as she entered the room, wiping her hands.
“Yeah, it took me by surprise. I thought he was about to cry or something.” said Gekikara as she looked at the angel’s face on her arms.
“He usually cries when someone he doesn’t recognize touching him.” The dark queen went beside the vicious queen. Gekikara raised an eyebrow, not believing what she was hearing. This was her first time holding Black’s son and yet her son wasn’t crying at all. Instead he was smiling at her as if she was already exists in his life.
As for Black, she can’t believe it either. Even if the female workers in the supermarket wanted to hold her child, not even at least a minute he would start crying his lungs out. There is only one person that can only hold him and that is Black herself.
But now, right in front of her very own eyes, her son was smiling so brightly in the arms of the vicious queen.
“He has your smile.” Gekikara said abruptly as she looked at her and Black could fell her cheeks heating up. It was the best features of her that Gekikara really liked about Black. That is her smile which she seldom shows it to people around her. “I was wondering, what is his name?”
“Hikaru…His name is Hikaru.”
“Hikaru? That’s a nice name. The light…”
“Yes, he is my light that shines my dark world. He is my dream.” Gekikara knew what Black was trying to convey. She had seen Black gone through a difficult time being a single mother and at the same time being a high school student. There were a lot of questions she needed to know from her, but she let it off first and try next time to ask when the mood is right. One question in particular that was still playing in her mind was the question that people are dying to asked and even if they already asked the dark queen, they would probably begging for their life.
Who was the father of the child that she was carrying.
“I should be going now.” Gekikara said as she glanced at the clock on the wall.
“You’re not going to stay here?” Black asked in confusion. A trail of disappointment lingered in her voice.
“Probably not, thanks for the offer anyway. Maybe someday I will stay over and,” She gently gave the child to his mother and added, “Aki-nee will kill me if anything happens to the house.”
They went out the room and Black tried to hide her disappointment. She was really looking forward spending the time with her friend for the week. Considering that Gekikara will be alone in her house and Black herself had nothing to the on her day offs.
Just as when Gekikara opened the door and ready leave, Black’s son was starting to make noises.
“What’s wrong, Hikaru?” Black asked her son. He was stretching his arm to Gekikara with tears on the corner of his eyes. Truthfully, his actions from earlier and now was kind of let Black in deep thoughts. “Pa…”
Why did her son suddenly out of no where became attracted to Gekikara?
Why didn’t he cry when Gekikara held him?
“Geki…” Black called out as she looked at her son. “I think he wants you to stay.”
Gekikara turned around already wearing her usual black boots. “Hm? Aww…Hikaru I’m not going away. I’ll play with you next time, okay?” Gekikara smiled as she held his hand with assurance. He shook his head and started crying and Gekikara suddenly felt guilty. She frantically tried to calm him down by making funny faces as she could which was not really out of her character. He eventually calmed down with the help of Black.
“I don’t know you could do that.” Black said trying to hold her laughter after witnessing the viscous queen had just making weird faces.
“Neither can I…Hey! You’re going to laugh, aren’t you?” Gekikara glared at her.
“No, why would I do that?” Black said as she glared back at her and it was clear she was still holding her laughter.
Gekikara shook her head and turned to the door as she rubbed the back of her head. “Goodbye…Geki.” Black said with a heavy heart. She really wishes the vicious queen could stay and accompany her. Being alone with no one to talk to can be very depressing for her.
There was silence between them until Gekikara heaved out a sigh, putting her hand on her neck. “I changed my mind. I think…I accept your offer of staying here.” With a smirk plastered on her face, she left, leaving the dark queen. Black smiled to herself with satisfaction.
“I will be looking forward to it.”

Upon arriving at her house, Gekikara went straight to the bathroom and take a shower. After she rinsed herself, she looked at the mirror, looking at her pale bare body with a towel around her neck. She ran her fingers on the scar on the left side of her body and all of the scars she had gotten from her previous fights but the other scars were barely noticeable except the one that she got last year that led her hospitalized. She can’t even understand why someone so cute can be so deadly
Her mind came trailing from the previous night when she met Black and more importantly when she was about to kiss her. The thought of Black was making her cheeks flared hot.
‘Am I…falling for her…again?’ She shook her head and went to her room to get change. She can’t let that feelings appeared again after years she tried to forget about it.
After she had finished packing her stuff, she checked all of the house to make sure it was all secure or else she will meet her dear aunt’s wrath. Before leaving the house, Gekikara passed by a family photo hanging on the wall. Inside the photo was a little girl standing with a bright smile on her face and beside her was a woman, the splitting image of the girl sitting with her hand on her daughter’s shoulder.
With a melon pan on her mouth, Gekikara idly occupying herself by playing her hand phone getting her mind off from a certain someone while walking on the streets. Just as she descended from the stairs, she heard screaming and yelling voices coming from under the bridge. Not wanting to get seen, she hid behind one of the bushes observing the scene unfold in front of her while munching on her melon pan before she could take an action.
A group of female students was cornering a girl in red and one by one they strike but the girl was quick and some of them ended flat on the floor. Gekikara couldn’t really see the girl’s face since the girl was good in her reflexes. Realization struck her when she remembered that red
tokko and who the girl was. The cornered the girl was none other Rappappa’s ex four heavenly queens: Queen Shaku.
Gekikara dropped her bag pack and quickly ran to the fighting scene which no one took notice of her arrivals much to her greatest advantage to take an easy assault. She grabbed two of them and knocked their heads together, hard, as she led herself into the middle beside Shaku.
“Gekikaraaaa!!” Shaku shouted in delight and relief to see her friend which Gekikara grinned in respond. When she turned around one of the girls managed to hit her on the face resulting the melon pan on her mouth fell onto the ground and the girl stomped on it crushing every bits of it.
“Take that! How stupid of you, eating while fighting!” she laughed mockingly.
Gekikara froze; she looked at her melon pan, the girl and back to her melon pan. She hasn’t finished it yet!
“This is not good…” Shaku muttered as she felt the changing of atmosphere around them.
Gekikara started to bite her nails as she glared at the girl. She laughed manically which send shivers to the whole group even Shaku. She stepped closer to the girl who was responsible crushing her half eaten melon pan and cocked her head.
“Ne…okotte iru?’ she giggled.
The girl didn’t waste her chance and when she was about to charged, Gekikara grab her by the hair and punched her square on the face, spluttering blood on her hand and face. She’s not randomly having a fight without any reason, she had her reason. If someone messes with her friend, they will meet hell in seconds. This is what she was made for, to fight. Ever since that terrible incident happened in front of her eyes in her childhood, a new found power and abnormal strength awaken inside her. The abnormal strength that making her vicious, insane and her lust for blood.
Shaku watched her with interest, she just let Gekikara have the fight to herself since the insane queen was enjoying herself beating the girls into pulp and helped her when someone is trying to sneak in to get her in the back. Gekikara smirked when the whole group flees to save their dear lives, some stumbling in the process. Her face and hands were covered in blood. ‘Damn…I just had shower.’
“Gekikaraaaaa!” Shaku squealed as she hugged the insane queen, while jumping up and down in excitement not caring of Gekikara being covered in blood.
“Hey, Shaku.” Gekikara smiled, returning to her normal sane state.
“I missed you! I’ve never heard from you since we last met.” Shaku pouted as she released herself from the hug.
Gekikara chuckled but it soon faded as she wore a curious and worried looks on her face. “Those girls…why are they attacking you? And where are they from?”
“Them? They’re just a half-assed yankees trying to get well-known. They randomly pick a fight when they see someone alone and by unfortunate luck, they spotted me.” Shaku took of her tokko and stuffed it in her bag and patted her shirt and skirt.
“Is that so? No wonder their punches were so weak and I can hardly feel the pain.” They both laughed. “You’re really tough, huh?” Shaku teased.
“What can I say? I’m always like this.” Gekikara smiled triumphantly but behind her smile there were something hidden that she don’t want to show.
“Do you want to garb a drink? My treat for helping me back there.”
“Sure, why not.”
“Wait, you need to get that blood of you first.” Shaku rummaged her bag and pulled out a box of wet tissues and gave it to Gekikara. Gekikara clean the blood on her face and hands before someone found out. They would run away or worse they would call the police reporting a murderer. Shaku didn’t want that to happen to her friend and that’s why she would always carry the wet tissues in her bag in case she bumped onto blood covered Gekikara.
“Hey, why are you carrying a bag pack? Are you perhaps going somewhere?” she enquired as Gekikara shouldered her bag pack.
“I’m going to stay at a friend’s house.”
Shaku eyed her suspiciously and crossed her arms. She wondered about whom this friend Gekikara was talking about. Suddenly, an idea popped in her mind when she figured who this person might be. “Is it Black-san?” she teased a sly grin plastered on her face when Gekikara’s cheeks showing a bright red.
“YEEEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!!” Shaku yelled as she pumped her fist in the air. Gekikara was startled by her friend sudden reaction.
“Did you already confess to her? How was it? Did you kiss or do already having you-know what.” Shaku wiggled her eyebrows as she bombarded Gekikara with a lot of questions.
Gekikara almost stumbled when Shaku nudged her on the elbow; her cheeks glowed even redder. “W-w-what are you talking about? I’m not in love with her! We’re just friends! I’m just going to stay in her house and that’s it.” She protested but Shaku didn’t buy it. She rolled her eyes.
“Yeah, right. You were always looking at Black-san picture in the clubroom when no one was around. I can see in your eyes you’re in love with her.” The sly grin never leave her face as Shaku continue with her teasing.
“I’m not!”
