Edonkey Network dead?

I tried to start Edonkey a few minutes ago.

There only came a window "The Edonkey Network is no longer available"

Next was the deinstall-screen.

In the net I can't find news about it?

Do I have a virus(think not, I have a server in house with two scanners plus one scanner on my work-pc) or is Edonkey finished?


Edit: Seems so, I installed Emule v0.44 , it don't connect to a server. The Serverlist is also offline.
I try Kazaa at least...bad, I got here a link for searched things over EMule...



Edit2: Found on Gulli...Just the Overnet is off, the ED2K is still on. Use Edonkey 1.4.3 or older, these versions work, comes just error because of overnet-connection.
