KFC worker, son allegedly stage robbery

A fast-food worker had her son punch her in the face in an attempt to stage a robbery outside a KFC restaurant, police said. Tina Marie Brown, 41, and Brandon Lee Deere, 24, both of Fayetteville were arrested Thursday for theft and filing a false police report.

After reading the headline I immediately thought of the Wendy's incident with the finger, both had the element of messing with authorities and failing.

I wonder if her son punched her hard enough to break her nose, or if it was an obvious weak one that the police became suspicious about.

Well...haha! It'll end up as a misdemeanor anyway.
