Court: Wisconsin Law Bans Sex With the Dead, Charges Against Three Men Reinstate

MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin law bans sex with dead bodies, the state Supreme Court ruled Wednesday in reinstating charges against three men accused of digging up a corpse to with it.
The court waded into the grisly case after lower court judges ruled nothing in state law banned . Those decisions prompted public outrage in Wisconsin and on the Internet, where one blogger wrote: "Doing the dirty with the dead OK in Wisconsin."
Not anymore, the court ruled in a 5-2 decision.

Check out the photos of the 3 dudes charged with with a corpse, now that's scary! Note that is was a 5-2 ruling, so the two dissenting justices are in favor of it ?! 

NOT TO MENTION A BOX OF CONDOMS!? They brought a box of condoms?!

On a serious note, I feel so sorry for the parents of the dead girl they were trying to 'dig up'. I can't even imagine losing your 22 year old dd, then finding out that a week after her funeral some sick f were going to rape her corpse. Ugh, my thoughts go out to that family.

I don't think the dissenting judges were in favour of it. They just felt that the law should be more specific.

It's a very slippery slope when you start imprisoning people for laws that aren't written down.

This goes against mal's "Dead girls don't say no." Cause that can't say yes either, so it is wrong!

But yeah seriously... these guys seemed like normal guys around my age, and not some creepy psychopaths, which makes this all more disturbing. Just what is wrong with those people?
