But I think we should start at the beginning, She was born in 1929, she was born in Belguim, then her family moved to England, in 1939 thinking it would be safe from the Germans her mother moved the family to Anherm Netherlands. This would prove to be a mistake. It is said the reason for Hepburns petite figure



Was due to malnourishement in the occupied Netherlands. Did she let this keep her down? Hell no, an accomplished ballet dancer she held secret concerts to raise money for the Dutch Resistance.
