The leader of Kansas' capital city told an Illinois high-schooler he was chagrined to learn he had violated a city ordinance this month when he tossed a snowball at a tree.

You know what though, if they enforced ALL the laws that are drawn up and that are "on the books" (regardless of how "stupid" they may seem now), how much you want to bet that criminal activities in general would be down?

So would making all crimes that can be tried in court exclusively punishable by death. At the very least, it would finally start reducing the number of criminals.

Not really. The Victorians tried that. Didn't work. As a result we have Australia today.

Generally, if some is able to stop and consider they don't commit crimes. Crimes are done because of rage, stupidity, poverty, desperation and necessity.
