Application period: 29th May 10:00 - 30th May 10:00
Winners announced 31st May 20:00 and waiting list winners 2nd June 21:00

Normal tickets: 5,800yen
"Backseat" tickets: 2,800yen

The worrying thing for me is that they still don't allow non-Japanese residents to register at their ticket centre and I guess all future concert tickets will be sold through this site, too.
