Chapter 1


It’s one of a fine-boring day for me as I gazed at the window to find a lot of people in one corner. “Matsui, can you go out with me?” “Matsui-san, are you committed?” “Matsui-san and Kashiwagi-san please date with us” One of many boys repeating this words over and over again which annoyed me to the peak. I scrunch up my nose in a cute way and I accidentally meet Rena-san’s hazel nut eyes. We engaged in a staring contest, comprehending each other eyes until I hear one of the boys and girls saying,

“Is that the Cardigan Girl who stare at Rena-san?”
“Yes she is. She has a guts to do it? Tsk. She’s just doing it to get Rena-san’s attention because you know, she’s a Lesbian who is not popular in our school. Poor her…”

After hearing it, I immediately broke the eye contact but I can hear them laughed at me but I don’t really care. Luckily, the bell rang indicating the class will start a few minutes. By the way, I and Rena-san are classmates and seatmates. Perhaps, it’s our surname got to do with it. Anyway, Mr. Takashima lecturing and blabbering about Japan’s crime rate. As I’m not focusing on what shit Mr. Takashima is discussing, I am just thinking of a certain person. Kashiwagi Yuki but at the same time, I’m also curious to Matsui Rena.

Since Rena Matsui transferred in our high school, all girls and boys swoon by her beauty. Long raven hair complementing her pale complexion. She’s also smart and incredibly sexy but not the athletic type.  She also have a Princess-like-aura like her best friend, Yuki. Oh! I forget to add, that she’s also a bitch. That’s what I thinking of her although I never to talked to the girl.

Suddenly, I felt that there is someone looking at me and I was right. I catch her looking at me and she brightly smile and I was surprised and my heart skip a beat and I know my face is slightly turn into shade of red.

Another Class…

Oh! It’s gonna be exciting again. I smirked at my own thoughts. Rena is interesting with my ex-girlfriend, Matsui Jurina. As I’m not focusing on my way, I bumped into someone, my books fell down.

“I’m sorry” I hear her says as I gonna say rude words but instead, my heart skip a beat looking to the goddess, I mean a cute pigtail girl in front of me, in front of my ice who is smiling apologetically and all the rude words I’m going to say is struck into my throat and I just smile shyly. This is the first time that I struck in front of my crush, you know, I’m so confident in all the things but not this time, I guess.

“Are you alright, Kashiwagi-san?”  She asked me and I say that I’m fine and thanking her. Shit! What the hell is happening to me? She is just one of my many crushes but why I am acting shy when she’s around. Is it because I was just rejected by her when I seduced her in the past? and I take my revenge through her best friend Matsui Jurina who have a big crush on me. Since then, she never talked to me but why today she’s talking just like nothing happen?

Time: 5:00 PM

Finally, school is over. I’m walking my way home while drinking chocolate milk in can, I was getting ready to cut through the park and make my way to the railroad tracks when her Black Honda Civic pulled in front of me. Must be nice to have a daddy who will buy you a car. I told her “No, thanks. I can manage to arrived at my house but she kept driving in front of me saying, she wasn’t going to leave me alone or take no for answer then she smiled and capture my heart.

I got in the car. She started to talked. First about our upcoming test then shit about our other classes and I’m just listening to her. Don’t  get me wrong, it’s calm my head at her soothing voice when she talked. As I’m listening, I feel nervous and I tried not to look at her and kept staring straight ahead. Despite that I told the direction on my house, she turned her car to the West and I just silent. They lead them to a Bake Shop.

“I’m sorry, Matsui-san but can we have a friendly dinner, right now?” Rena-san asked me to have a dinner with her? Unbelievable. It’s only a friendly date but you know, asking by a pretty popular girl is just like you perfect an exam. I’m feeling great and I’m also blushing. I told that it’s fine although I’m stuttering a lot but she only smile and drag me to the Bake Shop. We sat at the farthest table, I look at the interior, it’s very artistic and this place is cozy. While I just looked at Rena-san who is happily ordering our meal.

After minutes of talking to each other, our order arrived. She order 2 spaghetti, one have a meatballs and the other one don’t have a meatballs instead a vegetable, 2 chocolate drinks and 3 melonpans for her and 2 gummy bear bread. We start devouring our food in silent, perhaps were really that hungry.

“Ano, Matsui-san” I stammered

“Rena-chan”

“Huh?”

“Call me Rena, Jurina-chan…” Rena said smiling sweetly

“Ah…R-Rena-chan it is, How do you know, uhm, I mean the gummy bear bread” I asked shyly

“The gummy bear bread? It’s so cute that I thought you would like it” Rena say but the truth is Rena know it because of her best friend, Yuki. Yuki told her about Jurina’s likes and dislikes foods.

“I see” I answered timidly and I’m just assuming. Argh.. I want to hit my head

After eating and relax a bit, Rena-chan driving to my house. I said thank you to her treats but next time, I am the one who will treat her and she only agree and left my house. As laying in my bed after I took a shower,  I am think of Rena-girl, why she will hang-out with me? I’m not a popular gay and beside I am no handsome or pretty features like my best friend Watanabe Mayu. I’m just a plain looking, nothing less nothing more. I think, it’s a prank made by Yuki and her. Those bitches. Sigh. If it’s true, I will play along, I will not defeated this time nor heartbroken not just like Yuki did to me. I will win Rena’s heart and tear it into pieces taking my revenge on Yuki. I smiled evilly and went to sleep.
