Scientists to build robot society

Scientists in Dundee have announced plans to create a "robot village" in an effort to learn how different cultures emerge in society.

Why not call the village 01!  And then deny the robots their rights!  And then impose economic sanctions!  And then invite their representatives to the UN, but not put them through a bomb detector first!  And then launch a nuclear war on them, creating a permanent nuclear winter!  And then let the machines use humans as a power source!

For some reason "Robot Society" reminds me of "Octopus Royalty". I wonder how those two will emerge!

Hrm.  While I really really don't see what this is going to accomplish, I guess the fact that at least one robot will be playing a fucking trumpet makes it all worthwhile.

I just wondering how "intellectual" these robots are. I could only imagine the findings being very small.
