I read on Ayunite that she moved out of her own mansion since Tomoya-san didn't. When he came back, she moved out everything, including her furniture.

It's not like that tattoo has her ex's name written on it, so I somehow doubt she'll actually get it removed. She does have it covered up with make-up though sometimes.

Besides, some view people with tattoos negatively, whereas others don't of course. I guess Ayu just wants to play things safe sometimes (for certain events) and so, covers it up.
