I was trying to read this article. I think you guys already know that the new album will come out in Oct 9postponed again -_-). This article said that whether it'd be a full or mini album, it hadn't been decided yet. -_-
C'mon, it'll be almost a year since their first album, why not make it full?

But then it could also be do to Yoona being busy with the acting. :/

If it does turn out to be some mini it better have all the different project songs the girls had to balance the lameness, or some really kick ass songs.

I'm actually still waiting for them to release a really good original song. Something to really solidify their presence.

Speaking of SM just found out they're holding auditions next month. They seem to have some strict criteria so I can't just show up there with a guitar all singer/songwriter... I wish I was actually talented in something

Then I can work with the girls. :/

Maybe the whole first album repackage from earlier this year is a reason why they possibly won't release another full album?

I agree though, it still doesn't make sense not to do a full one.

I was browsing one of the sister sites of STAND (ShitYuckyPoop let's call it) and I noticed that the antis grew up a little bit and was actually able to bring some sense into why they might dislike SNSD and why SNSD is doing so poorly. Part of that is because of LSM. If you look at the past, LSM has never had a super successful girl group even if they are as talented or more talented than their male counterpart. So, having some background info on how the ent business is run, some producers and managements actually create scandals for whoever they're promoting because bad publicity is still publicity and usually it can be fixed/altered to benefit the artist. Which is what I think LSM was doing.... and I don't understand why. SNSD was doing fine on their own before the "scandals" broke out, and although they can look like accidents, some of these things are actually planned out (like the Bi and Hyori scandal). So if SNSD was indeed purposely put into a scandal for more publicity, it is mostly LSM's fault. Now that LSM realizes this, he has to take precautions and lessen their antifans and the antifan activity. Only way of doing that is keeping the group on the downlow, doing the exact opposite of what he was trying to do earlier.
If I haven't lost you yet... you can see this evident in SES, CSJH, Isak n JiYeon, and MILK. Creating scandals is a popular way to get people known and he used SNSD as his guinea pig as a girl group. And every one knows how hard it is for a girl group in South Korea to be recognized, compared to a male group.
Anyway, that's my theory

and probably the reason why he postponed the album again and again. I definitely know he's not willing to give up on SNSD and break them up, esp since he'd make SNSD fans mad this time. But he's not gonna risk getting other fangroups mad because of SNSD, thus, this is what's happening.

I don't know about "doing so poorly" part. They sell, they have tons of presenter jobs, and during their active time, they appeared on TV every damn day. Comparing female idol groups with male idol groups is wrong, imo. Since their targets are different in the first place.

I don't think the postponing of the album has anything to do with the antis. What are they gonna do? Not buying their album??? I think it could be because of that about how a song from this album is gonna be a soundtrack of some drama, and also could be because Yoona's drama too.

^yeah, just look what they made before all the scandals, almost four hits (cuz INTW wasn't that huge, but it was popular trough internet), pretty awesome! almost all their songs have been popular, unlike other groups. antis don't have life, i don't bother with them anymore, cuz no matter what, they'll still do whatever they want rofl. even if the 80% of the snsd fans are boys, the rest is girls! boy&girls can do better than only girls or only boys, people just generalize and say ALL snsd fans are boys, lol.

ugh i read at soshified bout the fans pushing incident at high school event when soshi perf and some haters said "this is why dc happen coz soshi fans are idiots" something like that =_=" duh it's not soshi fault i remember when wg perf at seoul uni. the same thing happen and the fans just dont know how to control themselves, but dragging DC to this just BLEH!!!
