Hayden Panettiere's new role in the upcoming movie 'I Love You, Beth Cooper' will give fans a lot more to look at than they normally get from watching her cheerleader 'Heroes' role. The 20-year-old actress bares all in her new film, and as she tells PEOPLE, she has absolutely no problem with it while she's got youth on her side. "If I can't flaunt it at 20, come on! I mean I might as well show it now," Panettiere tells PEOPLE.

In the film, Panettiere (also a cheerleader in the movie) has a scene in a high school locker room, where she drops her towel. "It didn't bother me much. I think when the person who's doing it gets all uncomfortable and shy, then it's other people around who get more uncomfortable because they're uncomfortable. I mean I was fine – everyone was really professional," Panettiere says of her revealing scene. But like nearly everyone, Panettiere willingly admits that even she has days where she's not feeling so secure in her physique. "The older I get, the more comfortable I get with it, but I still have my days where I don't feel great ... and I'm having my fat day where I have to put something baggy on and sweatpants. Or just with the way people perceive me. I have plenty of insecurities."

In the fourth season, the cheerleader is now a college student who shares more than just a room with her new friend. More and more spoilers are coming out for the fourth season of "Heroes", especially the ones circling Hayden Panettiere's character Claire Bennet. In a recent scoop, EW's Michael Ausiello gives a "that's true" to the question whether or not there will be a lesbian storyline for Claire and her new roommate. In the new season, Claire is graduated and heading to college. She will live with another girl named Annie which is played by "Days of Our Lives" actress Rachel Melvin. Words are, they will share more than just a room.

The hint about the same sex relationship made its round last month but it was never this close. "I'm not sure about a full-blown relationship, but I can confirm that the college roomies will engage in a little sapphic experimentation. At least that's the plan," Ausiello revealed.

"Heroes" will be back on NBC on Monday, September 21. Hayden Panettiere said that a new mysterious group will surface as opposite to The Company. "The next season of Heroes has a lot of characters that are coming in," she told MTV News. "There's something called The Carnival... which is kind of the opposite of what The Company was. There's a lot of new, cool characters."
