Anyone check the website? Apparently Miki's doing some PR for her "comeback" by doing shows at totally small, random places like record stores and electronics expos....(I saw a train ad for some kind of home appliance expo, and she was performing at it)
you can get in by lining up, and buying a copy of the single, and some of them have handshake events too.
I'm going to try and go to the one in Nihonbashi on Tuesday.

Since they were giving a brief overview of Miki's career in the beginning of the news segment, of course they had to mention her dating Shouji somewhere...geez...it's not like they bashed her for it or anything...it just said that she left MoMusu because of it...

I feel really jealous of those wotas D: I wish doinkies could go to those handshaking/signing events...

Yup. The girl next to her is her manager. In Mikitty's words: "This is my manager, who gained four kg this year and is the same age as me."

I didn't know they had managers that young. Makes me want to become a manager.

I went to the event today! The live didn't have enough Miki, she sang the c/w and then the single, and then Horiguchi got to sing 4 songs, and he kind of stole the show, he was really funny and great, walking around the stage. I was near the back, even so the stage was a long rectangle so if they went to the end of the stage I would be right in front of them, but Miki never walked around.
Neither her or Horiguchi seemed to notice me especially, when they were waving to people and teasing people, even though I was literally the only white person there, LOL. But anyway, then I got to go to the handshake event!
I wrote her a letter by hand, with lots of hearts. I thanked her for reading my letter, and told her my Youtube name, and my mail address in case she wants me to teach her English (lol, always looking for students) and that her and Morning Musume are like my sisters, I want everyone to find happiness, and that I love her voice.
I handed it to her myself! When it was my turn, I got in front of her, and just kind of paused, and she was like"...?" and I found my tongue again and said "on your radio show, thank you for reading my letter! I'm Sammi!" and she was like

I went off the stage and then just ran, I was so high on mikitty goodness, LOL. my legs and arms were tingling, my heart was beating overtime (I have low blood pressure, LOL, maybe that's why) I was shaking. I have to Youtube now. LOL

ShoujoHino, you're so lucky! And it's cool that she read your letter on Doki Miki! So was she really pretty?
I wish I could meet her. I would probably write something to give her too because I'd be in such shock that I don't think I'd be able to speak at all! So did you take a picture with her?

LOL, it wasn't a semi-glare, it was more of a "what's this confused-looking white person doing here? Will you talk please?" look.
She was very pretty.
Of course, no cameras allowed so the only video/photos I have are my reactions, and crowd/sign shots. And I'll read the letter (or what I remember of it) out loud.

I really like Okitegami and I'm glad Miki's been doing so much premotion for the single.
It's up in 14,973 now. W00t. That's more then double the first week sales.

I had a dream (well many dreams) this night, I dreamt that there was a new Miki single coming out.
I was visiting Jphip forum and there was a thread called:
[09/20] Beautiful >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Fujimoto Miki's NEW Single

That means in 2 days from Fukuoka to Saitama and Ibaraki, she is traveling almost a thousand kilometers to promote her single. And she has been to several other cities already. It looks like Mikitty is on a nationwide tour pimping her stuff.
