Can't wait to see them Momo episodes this week and the Cute episodes in the future. Great show.

I was impressed by last weeks teacher, the one about the meat. Sorry, I can't remember all their names

The one with the magic stuff was just.. well yeah. It didn't help my opinion of her. Actually, it more confirmed it. Still fun to see how the others react on her mediocre teaching  :)

^ Awww, Risako (fantasy week) doesn't need to be good at stuff, she's too cute for that
She's like the sweet cheerleader, who works hard but isn't necessarily good stuff, yet you love her anyway coz she's adorable  Especially when she got so attached to that ugly doll
As a Risako fangirl that was one of my fave weeks, but yeah I know that's totally bias XD The girls wanting to keep the ghost in the class was great though!

So what happens after C-ute teaches... MM teach again or they'll be doing something different?

I hope they have a mixed class of some sort. It would be fun if someone from MM teach Berryz and C-ute and vice-versa. Or maybe an inter-class futsal tourney or a mini-sportsfest. XD

WAR AKARI!!! Infernal Ninjutsu, Hidden Lore...Freedom of Opposites Technique!!! Rest in peace Kyle,Jab,Mom,Tita, ChrNo...

I had a feeling that there would be some backlash over that Hitler segment.  I guess since Nakky only really said he was known as a great speaker with a somewhat hypnotizing voice, while glossing over or leaving out all the evil that we normally associate with Hitler offended someone.

Calling him Hitler-ojisan probably wasn't a great idea either?

Yes, +1.

On a completely different note. Mano was acting really strange this week. She didn't seem her confident self.

Oooook, that was DISTURBING!

PLEASE send this girls to extreme hard private schools for ten years.
Yes, they didn't say that he was a nice person or anything but they we're being alittle to cherish about the whole thing. Left out ALOT that could have been mentioned. And the fact that most of them had no idea who it was is just scary.

While the ignorance is remarkable, and the fact that it all made it to broadcast is similarly remarkable, I don't think Nakajima is completely responsible for all this commotion.

What most people seem to have a problem with is that the "great people of the world" theme of the segment was used in regards to Hitler.  A better title, maybe "important" instead of "great" may have helped with that, as I don't think anyone can dispute that Hitler was an important figure.   But with the light atmosphere of the show, bringing Hitler into it was ill-conceived.

But, as I mentioned, referring to him as "Hitler-ojisan", or "Uncle Hitler" was pretty dumb.  In the context of calling all the historical figures in her segment by familiar names, like "Marie-neesan", it makes some sense, even if it's of questionable taste.

As for Nakajima not being entirely at fault here, I do think that a certain amount of blame should go to the adults who should have known better.  Even if there were disclaimers from Nakky about Hitler, they could have been edited out for time.  Even some articles about this episode seemed to acknowledge that certain things that seemed clear at the time are not always communicated easily through television.  It seems to me that there is enough blame for a bunch of people and the show staff and the network people dropped the ball on this one.

In any case, the network issued an apology and I think H.P. did as well, so whatever.  It's just another case of ignorance, inattentiveness, and bad judgment that allowed something to air that shouldn't have.  Eh, that's television for you.

I agree (and it's worth noting that TV Tokyo and the production company apologized because Japanese people on the Internet complained about this, as was written in all the Japanese articles). I think they should have picked somebody other than Hitler to cover; they should have known that people would complain.
