No Power in the 'verse can stop her ;P
Summer Glau might be in a future Terminator film?!?!All of us who are fans of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles are very excited about the new film premiering in a couple of weeks starring Christian Bale and Sam Worthington. Many people and fans of TSCC have asked the question if both the television series and the film franchise will cross paths but Josh Friedman (executive producer on TSCC) and McG (Terminator Salvation director) have stated many times that they don’t plan to chase after eachother, which makes sense. It would be way to hard considering the series is still going, or at least we hope it will after May 18th.That, however, may change because during Fedcon in Germany, Summer Glau hinted that there has been talks involving herself and a future appearance in the Terminator film franchise.During an interview Summer was asked, “…now comes the new Terminator movie and further movies are planned. Could you imagine playing in one of the new Terminator movies?”“Actually yes,” Summer says. “The producers have already talked with me about the idea to let me show up on and off betweeen the soldiers but that’s just an idea at the moment.”Could it be possible we may see Allison from Palmdale in a future installment of Terminator??? Who knows. Just imagine Summer Glau passing Christian Bale’s John Connor - he looks at her and smiles. TSCC fans will probably burst into tears! As amazing as it would be for Summer to show up in a future Terminator film - we all know the deal, Anton Yelchin’s Kyle Reese needs an older brother named Derek. Hell yeah!If I had to choose between the two, however, I’d pick Summer because I need as much Summer as possible.
Question: With Sarah Connor Chronicles canceled, please tell me there is a possibility of Summer Glau making an appearance on Dollhouse! --JennAusiello: The noise you're about to hear is the sound of the Whedonverse exploding. Joss confirms to me exclusively that, well, he's one step ahead of you. "If anybody thinks [bringing Summer onto Dollhouse] hasn't occurred to me already then they have not met me," he says. "I mentioned it to her before [SCC] was canceled. I was like, 'You know, we should get you in the 'house.' But first we have to come up with something that works." And casting her as a doll would not work, insists Whedon. "Summer would be perfect to play an active, but she's done that [type of role] a lot," he says. "I'd rather see her play someone who talks too much. The most fun I have is when I get somebody who's good and comfortable at doing something, and then I make them do something else. Summer said to me, 'I would like to play a normal girl before I die of extreme old age.'" Got any ideas? Head to the comments section!
