It does look a lot like her, but hell, there's a pic of some girl in the H!P Perv with blonde hair who looks just like Mako. What did Tsunku say in the entry with this pic?

Ayaka, Yoshizawa, Ogawa, Kusumi, Fujimoto/Takahashi (?), Asami

Tsunku, Abe (?)

It was posted in the context of him reminiscing about October so this could be taken back then. Tsunku and Mako does share the same birthdate after all.
