Um, just looking at some latest Miki pics and can't help but notice the blemish on Miki's otherwise perfect face:

Doesn't look like acne or a pimple, anyone else care to figure out what it could be?

Other people on 4chan have commented that it's herpes, which I hope to God isn't true or Shoji's in for an ass whooping if Miki hasn't already done so. But then we'd never ever be told if that was the case. Those on 4chan are only quick to say that just because it's Miki.
