I loved this episode. Conspiracy theory: they had Charmy Ishikawa play the part of Rika. She's in full Charmy mode the whole episode. Plus, I thought the dress looked familiar, so I did some research. Voilà:

She even dresses like Charmy. All they did was make her take off the hat.

The rollercoaster segment was good for once, too. Takahashi definitely has the killer instinct; this time it's attempted vehicular homicide.
