The concerts on 1/31 and 2/1 will be their last ones.

Like I said in the news thread, they will continue their activities but not as part of Hello! Project anymore.

That is insanity! Of course things change in the course of time, but having everyone in Elder's Club graduate at the same time, I dont see the point to have them all go at once

While it's a new generation being left behind, they're frankly just leeching off the label we all know as "Hello! Project". They might as well start over from scratch and see how far they'll go.

Anyway, I can only see like 5 of those continuing as TV personalities... Best of luck to the others.

Miki Aya Yossie Rika Mari still appear on TV and Variety shows so at least we will be able to see them

but Melons this really is good bye I guess they could just live regular lives they have been inactive for a little while now. Mai is becoming a big tv personality and she has Pabo so we will see her often in magazines and other stuff. Yuko appears but I bet she just wants to live a normal life. I would love to see Aya do the kind of songs she wants to do sames with Miki hopefully they will continue on as singers. This is such a shock though I love H!P because of its history and its old members. It won't be the same again though..

Let me speculate on the reason.

H!P members are idols.
Useful life of an idol ends at 20.
To further their careers they have to break free from the idol stereotype.
Hence, graduate from H!P.
